It could be just a cancer sore. I used to get all the time like a child. Did he eat? Sometimes, tomatoes and orange juice to me. He could fall and reached a small language and press the lip a little. Could have been a cheap shot and not cry a lot. I would not try to rinse with salt water, at his age. If you wish, I would use a dropper and a little spray here. But it can hurt and it will probably not like the taste. I just want to see, and if you go to the doctor more.

Chances are it is a cancerous wound that is caused by a virus. Salt water can feel better, but washing with salt water, it is probably not easy for a year. There is also the so-called "Glyoxide (hydrogen peroxide, glycerol), which cleans the painful part, knows that he can be good and be relaxed, but it is not old for a year, depending on the case either. Please note that food or sugary drinks can these bites.

Finally, the immune defense and increases the changes disappear spontaneously within 1-2 weeks, probably just wait for the price.

Babies heal very quickly, usually anyway, could just bit his lips and tongue, and they are already on to heal. I do not think you can rinse a first year with salt water, but when brushing teeth, you can try washing with salt water. Or just wait a toothbrush and toothpaste and a few days to see how it heals itself.
