Installing A Wiper Motor Pulse Board What Could Be Wrong With My Wiper Motor?

What could be wrong with my wiper motor? - installing a wiper motor pulse board

I have a 91 S10 Blazer. Recently, my engine wiper away from me, and try to save a buck, I went to a dump. After installation, the wiper arm park up instead of down, as it should. I can not install it wrong? Is it possible that the link is wrong? This engine is at irregular intervals, it must elect a pulse. The Park Board of Control of the pulse-switch? Or is independent. I can not have a new engine with a board of momentum, I have to use what I have. Any help is greatly appreciated, because it makes me mad:)
