I think the only all-inclusive Club Med in Bora Bora was, and I think it is closed. Unfortunately, if you go to a luxury hotel, everything is expensive. A cheaper option would be to book a beach bungalow, and then half of the other half in a bungalow on the water.
Have you also as part of the cost of the trip on another island? Personally, I think, after 10 days in Bora Bora would be a bit boring. We divide our time between Bora Bora and Moorea. Hotels (and restaurants) in Moorea is generally less expensive but still very, very nice.
